Spina-Bac is an excellent support for both healthy and tired or sore backs and can easily be adjusted to everyone's needs. It is also very easy to carry around and can be used anywhere. It´s very useful when travelling by car, sitting in a conference or at home watching TV.

Spina-Bac es un excelente apoyo tanto para la espalda sana como para la espalda cansada o dolorida y se puede ajustar fácilmente a las necesidades de cada uno. También es muy fácil de transportar y se puede utilizar en cualquier lugar. Es muy útil cuando viajas en coche, estás sentado en una conferencia o en casa viendo la televisión.

SPINA-BAC is the best back support I have found during 36 years as a physiotherapist. It lifts the back and supports the normal shape of the spine. It helps you to get a normal, healthy position for the back and to relieve back pain and other back problems. It is easy to adjust the swayback to suit anyone. You can use it wherever you want to sit: in a chair, in a car, on a bus, train or plane, in the theatre and when you lay back to relax on a couch or in bed and so on. I have two SPINA-BACs myself and I use them daily. You easily get attached to them. The excellent quality guaranties you a good back support for many years.

SPINA-BAC es el mejor soporte para la espalda que he encontrado durante 36 años como fisioterapeuta. Levanta la espalda y apoya la forma normal de la columna. Le ayuda a conseguir una posición normal y saludable para la espalda y a aliviar el dolor de espalda y otros problemas de espalda. Es fácil ajustar el swayback para adaptarlo a cualquier persona. Puedes usarlo donde quieras sentarte: en una silla, en un coche, en un autobús, tren o avión, en el teatro y cuando te recuestas para relajarte en un sofá o en la cama, etc. Yo tengo dos SPINA-BAC y los uso a diario. Te apegas fácilmente a ellos. La excelente calidad le garantiza un buen soporte para la espalda durante muchos años.
